Method of preparation

  1. First, preheat the oven to 200°C and keep it that way.
  2. Then, in a medium bowl, hand beat the following ingredients: gluten free condensed milk, cinnamon, eggs and  oat milk.
  3. Afterwards, peel the apples and  cut them into very small slices.
  4. Be sure to remove the apple seeds before placing the slices in a heatproof tray.
  5. Finally,  pour the mixture over the apples and bake for 45 minutes,  let it cool and serve.

2. Bananas with bananas and cheese in the oven

In this case, this baked dessert recipe, in addition to being delicious, is rich in potassium and vitamins. You’ll see that in less than 20 minutes you’ll be finished with this simple homemade option.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 2 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese in strips (375 g)
  • 4 bananas
  • 3 scoops of unsalted margarine (45 g)

Method of preparation

  1. It is important to know that to make this recipe you will need really ripe bananas. If you get them with the dark skin, even better.
  2. First, peel the bananas and make a slice on each one.
  3. Grease a refractory tray with margarine  and cover the entire surface evenly.
  4. Important note: the temperature for baking in the oven is 220°C. Don’t forget to wear gloves when putting your hands inside the oven.
  5. Arrange the banana slices.
  6. Then, on top of each slice,  place a banana  and, later, a strip of cheese. The idea is for everything to be layered.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, turn off the oven and allow it to cool a little before opening.
  8. Finally, serve and, if you like, you can accompany it with a little condensed milk.

3. Pineapple in the oven

  • 1 pineapple
  • 2 branches of cinnamon
  • 1 scoop of vanilla essence (15 ml)
  • 1 pinch of black peppercorns
  • 3 spoons of butter (60 g)
  • 1 cup of brown sugar (220 g)
  • 4 tablespoons of aged rum (60 ml)

Method of preparation

  1. First, peel the pineapple and remove its root.  You will only use the pulp for this recipe.
  2. Then cut into large slices and set aside.
  3. Then use a skillet over medium heat and add the butter and heat until it starts to boil.
  4. Afterwards, introduce the pineapple slices and brown them on both sides.
  5. Transport the slices to a tray and preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
  6. Then make a caramel with  brown sugar  and a pinch of pepper. When finished,  make a small slit in the slices and pour the caramel  inside.
  7. Afterwards, add the vanilla essence and place the cinnamon sprigs on the tray.
  8. Finally, bake the preparation for 30 minutes. Important: open it once in a while and pour the caramel all over the pineapple.
