As for the apple, if you wish, you can peel it, or make the smoothie with the skin. It is well known that organic apples can benefit us with the nutrients in their skin. In any case, don’t forget to remove the seeds from the center.
  • Continue the recipe by cutting both the apple and the celery into small pieces to make it easier to beat.
  • Now we chop the parsley and mint a little. In this way we are able to ensure that their essential oils emerge during the process in the blender and that they offer an intense flavor to our drink, in order to improve the functioning of the kidneys.
  • Include apple, celery and fresh herbs along with a glass of water to achieve a smooth green vitamin. The result is fantastic.
