Sunflower Seeds for Chicken Breast Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 basil leaves
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • The juice of 2 lemons
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil (30 ml)
  • 3 ½ scoops of sesame (35 g)
  • 2 tablespoons and a half of sunflower seeds (25 g)
  • Condiments: salt and pepper (to taste)

Preparation

  1. First, soak the sunflower seeds overnight.
  2. The next morning, drain the water from the seeds and set aside.
  3. Then, in a pan heated over medium heat, toast the sesame seeds. Attention, it is not necessary to grease the pan.
  4. When the sesame seeds are ready, place them in a blender along with the other ingredients.
  5. Process everything until you get a homogeneous mixture with a smooth texture. The idea is to get a flexible folder type.
  6. Season to taste and stir with the help of a spoon.
  7. Finally, note that the sauce can be refrigerated for 30 minutes or served immediately. Both ways are equally enjoyable.

Cream-style sunflower seed sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice (5 ml)
  • 2 jars of Greek yogurt (250 g)
  • 4 ½ scoops of sunflower seeds (45 g)
  • 1 tablespoon and a half of sesame seeds (15 g)
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil (30 ml)
  • Condiments: salt and pepper (to taste).

Preparation

  1. As in the previous preparation, it is necessary to soak the sunflower seeds overnight.
  2. Then drain them well and set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, crush the mint leaves.
  4. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and, with the help of a blender, mix everything at slow speed. It is important to go slowly so that the cream is smooth and well mixed.
  5. Also, toast the sesame seeds for a few minutes in a pan over high heat.
  6. Finally, add the sesame seeds to the cream and season to taste.

  • 8 chopped dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of lemon juice (50 g)
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts ​​(about 500 g)
  • Olive oil (the amount needed)
  • Condiments: salt, three peppers (freshly ground)
  • Sunflower Seed Sauce (the amount required)

Preparation

  1. First, peel and cut the onion into slices. Also, cut tomatoes into small dice. Reserve.
  2. Then put to preheat a pan over medium heat.
  3. Clean the breasts and let it drain well. When they’re done, grease them with lemon juice and wait a few minutes before adding the other ingredients.
  4. Then add a little olive oil, salt and pepper to the chicken breasts.
