Homemade condensed milk ice cream

In this first recipe you will only need five ingredients. But of course, if you want, you can include some ingredients you have at home, such as nuts, coconut, paçoca, among others to spice up the ice cream.

To do this, the following ingredients will be needed:

  • 1/2 cup of cold milk;
  • 1 can of condensed milk;
  • 475 ml of whey-free cream;
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract;
  • A bit of salt.

Method of preparation

Mix the salt, condensed milk, vanilla extract and milk in a bowl. Then, beat the cream until consistent. When so, add to the other ingredients.

Place the ice cream in a container with enough capacity for two liters. Freeze it for two hours, stir and then let it freeze for another two hours. Okay, you can now serve your ice cream.

homemade strawberry ice cream

This recipe is excellent for small gatherings as it makes about thirty servings.  For this ice cream, the following ingredients will be needed:

  • 200 grams of fresh strawberries;
  • 2 cans of whey-free cream;
  • 200 grams of fresh strawberry pulp;
  • 1 strawberry gelatin;
  • 1 can of condensed milk.

Method of preparation

Beat all ingredients together in a container, except fresh strawberries, for 15 minutes. Put the dough in the freezer for 4 hours. Afterwards, beat the ice cream again, as this will give the necessary creaminess.

Then, with the aid of a spoon, place the cut fresh strawberries, mixing them. Take it back to the freezer and, when it’s consistent, just serve!
