Ingredients

  • 2 cups of long spaghetti (240 g)
  • 1 1/2 cup of chopped mushrooms (180 g)
  • 2 cups of water (500 ml)
  • 1 spoon of olive oil (15 ml)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (112 g)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of liquid sour cream (250 ml)
  • 2 chopped sausages
  • 1 spoon of salt (15 g)
  • 1 bay leaf

How to prepare very creamy spaghetti

  1. First pour the cups of water into a medium saucepan, then add olive oil, salt and bay leaf.
  2. Then heat it until it starts to boil, without using the lid.
  3. Immediately, it  ‘s time to add the long spaghetti and cook it to your liking. Tip: as soon as they are tender, turn off the heat and cover the pan for 5 minutes, it will make them grow and become softer.
  4. Now, use a small pot and add the  chopped sausage  along with the mushrooms. Saute for about 5 minutes or until you notice they are done.
