First check your temperature, if you have a fever then it is a sign that there is some inflammation. If the pain is very stinging and on the right side of the belly, you could be suffering from appendicitis. You may also be suffering from pancreatitis or an inflammation of the gallbladder.

  • Severe pain that quickly appears in the chest and extends to the neck and even arms, are symptoms of heart problems that should be watched very carefully. If you feel tired when making minimal effort, if you feel nauseous when climbing stairs, for example, these are signs you should look out for.

Urinary infections give this type of symptoms, in addition, they can also give a little tiredness, fever and belly swelling.
